We, MCL have the capabilities and enough experience in the business of buying, selling and letting of real properties. We connect buyers and sellers for transactions and represent them in legal negotiations. Generally, we are compensated through commission, which is a percentage of the sale of the property.

- Carrying out research on active, pending, and sold listings as well as reviewing the daily activity report.
- Plans and coordinates appointments, open houses, showings and meetings with clients and other real estate agents.
- Develops real estate marketing plansfor listings and creates fliers, newsletters and other promotional materials.
- Responds to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Update websites, social media profiles and blogs.
- Meet with and understand the needs of sellers with new listings.

- Carry out research on the current local market activities and comparable properties to establish an asking price.
- List the property with relevant listing services.
- Take photos of the property both interior and exterior to prepare a listing presentation and advertising collateral.
- Stage the property properly, so it looks perfect when we conduct open houses.
- Meet with, interview, understand, and qualify prospective buyers.
- We carry out research on the listing servicesfor potential properties that fit the needs of our clients.
- Plan property showings for buyers, and set up appointments that fit their schedule.
- Show properties to buyers and communicate details of the property we learned during the research or while speaking with other experts (home inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate agents).
- We demonstrate our negotiation skills, making offers of purchase on real estate.
