It is a Limited liability company incorporated under Cap. 212 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The Company is duly registered with a Certificate of incorporation No. 136265687 issued on 04th April 2018, in the name of MAVEN BUILDING AND INVESTMENT LTD. It was then changed its name on 11th August 2021 to adopt the current name of MAVEN COMPANY LIMITED (MCL).

MCL is an indigenous firm that established, owned and operated by Tanzanian professionals comprising of four (4) Directors with sufficient experience in the field of Fixed Assets Physical Verification & Condition Assessment, Assets Codification, Assets Valuation, Property & Facilities Management, Real Estate Agency, Land Administration, Town Planning Consultancy & Architectural Design Services, Accounting and Finance.

Among the company directors who are also shareholders of the company, two of them are Fully Registered Valuers (FRVs) by Valuers Registration Board (VRB) and are also members of Association of Real Estate Professionals of Tanzania (AREPTA). The second one is a professional independent registered Town & Urban Planner and the last one is a qualified CPA holder Accountant and Auditor.
